...In 1993, Sean went away to Grambling State University in Louisiana. While attending Grambling, Sean joined a dj crew that regularly did parties for the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and numerous house parties. As Sean’s popularity grew he started to do solo residencies at The Renaissance and other nightclubs in Louisiana.


In 1998, Sean graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and moved back to Chicago. During that time Sean helped MFON produce Ron Hardy’s resurrection for SOMA records UK. In 2003, Sean started Smooth Agent Records with Arturo (Agent Double A) Alacron. And later that year, Sean was part of the Allen Smithe & Blue Blackness production team that released a house version of Natalie Cole’s “Tell You All About It”. This team consisted of Darren (DJ Quad) Brandon, Joe Glover & Sean Smith.


Throughout the years (2003 -2010) Sean continued to be a prominent figure in the Chicago house music scene. Notably known for “Real House Music Sundays” at Betty’s Blue Star now called Grand Bar. Sean started traveling domestic and abroad to places such as Japan, Canada, Los Angeles and New York. Today Sean is still a DJ as well a re-mixer and producer for Smooth Agent, S&S, Kingdom and others.
